Possum Hall Studios is the project studio workspace of producer and musician Mac Ritchey. Designed as a studio for a producer to work directly with clients, Possum Hall is located in Carlisle MA, less than 45 minutes from Boston. A fully professional yet cost-effective recording facility, Possum Hall Studios provides a working environment with the creative process in mind. Designed around an "open-air control room" environment, the intention of the studio is to be a space in which people are comfortable to create their music, work together organically, and capture the moment - keeping the technical aspects behind the scenes and out of the way of the creative process. The recording space is a 23x30 main room with a 13' high cathedral ceiling and an isolation room for occasional acoustic separation. Tracking on a ProTools HD/3, the studio also employs an arsenal of fine microphones (Blue, Rode, AKG, AEA, Audix, Earthworks, Shure, et.al.) and preamps (Avalon, Daking, Grace, Audix, Presonus, Manley).

NEWS: This Web Site will soon be completely redesigned. The studio has moved in the past two years from New Hampshire to Carlisle MA and it's time for some updates - new space, new look, new everything, including a whole new audio secion with client dropbox and video links.
